Initial MEETING/ consultation

Whilst we are happy to have an introductory 30 minute phone call free of charge to discuss your project, we charge a small fee of £250 for the first on-site consultation. This allows us to meet in your home for 2 hours and for our designer to understand more about the support you require. From there, a plan is put together and should you go on to work with the Studio, the initial consultation fee will be deducted from our overall fee.

This small charge allows us to dedicate proper focus to your project from the very beginning.

Space planning & Schemes

Not everyone needs support through every stage* of their refurbishment and installation, which is why we offer space planning and room / colour scheming separate from our Full Design Service. We can develop designs for one room through to the whole house, (clear at every stage what fee we will charge), then give you the tools you need to take it forward yourself.

Of course if you would like us to help with sourcing and procurement we can do that too! Again, being clear what fee will be charged is at every stage.

A single room scheme starts at c. £250, depending on the level of complexity required.

full service design & management

There are projects where it makes commercial sense for your Interior Designer to be part of the overall construction team. We follow the 8 stages of the industry standard RIBA Work Plan and have many years’ experience working with architects, engineers and building contractors.

From space planning right through to procurement and installation, you will often find that the Interior Design fee is more than covered by costs saved when souring furniture and fittings, and in time saved getting the design and build right first time.

Every scope is detailed upfront, with clear deliverables and agreed before work starts,so you can be confident your investment in design is worth it.
